Two Minutes Silence

To allow our staff to observe the 2 minutes silence at 11am today, we were practicing our Tatty Bumpkin yoga wind down!

Winding down & relaxing! Ducks on our tummies so we can watch our breathing.

We would once again like to say a big thank you to Rudyard Kipling School for donating a wonderful car book unit...

It can be used both inside and outside and the children simply love it!

Second Hand Book Sale

From now up until Christmas we will be selling some second hand children's books. These are all in good conditions and start from as little as £1 each.

Have a look in the entrance hallway each week as we will be putting out lots of new titles.

Tea and Cake?

Today we are having a tea, coffee and cake from midday today to raise money for children in need. We are also getting our certificate for finishing our QuILT modules, we really hope that you can all join us.

Burns Awareness Day

Today is the very first National Burns Awareness Day. The Children's Burns Trust is working with the British Burn Association and NHS Burn Care Professionals to highlight the number of burns and scalds to all ages each year. Most of these are accidents and could be prevented. The site is worth a look, it includes a pre-school section with some great advice and an audio story call Lizzie Accident.

Term Dates

Just a few dates for your diaries..

Half Term is 27th October through to 2nd November so we will be back on Monday 3rd November.

Christmas Holiday is 22nd December to 4th January which will mean and that the last day before Christmas will be Friday 19th December and we will be back on Monday 5th January.

Spring Half Term is 16th February through to 22nd February so our last day will be Friday 13th February and first day back Monday 23rd February.

Easter Holiday is 30th March through to 12th April so our last day will be Friday 27th March and first day back Monday 13th April.

Summer Half Term is 25th May through to 31st May so our last day will be Friday 22nd May and first day back Monday 1st June.
